You need to have healthy boundaries with others...


Have you ever wondered how you got yourself into a bad situation?  Does it feel like it's not the first time?  Having healthy boundaries, where we treat others respectfully and they, in turn, treat us respectfully, is very important.  Unfortunately, many who have been mistreated or abused are often unsure what healthy boundaries are, and therefore they find themselves repeatedly in difficult situations.  In today's teaching under "Growing Beyond your Painful Past: Part Two",  we will look at what healthy boundaries are and how you can develop them in your own life.  You can find the teaching at http://fionab-growingbeyondyourpainfulpast.blogspot.com/
